Incidentally, his experience as chef de cuisine have always taken place on the water’s edge. It therefore seems fitting that he chose La Maison du Fleuve as the place to share his personal, private, modern and creative cuisine.

Enthusiastic and meticulous, he pays special attention to the quality of the products, to precise cooking and delicate combinations. His curiosity and his sensitivity to world cuisines subtly enhance his creations.
